Oh sweet a Noble! There is one at my local autocross but I have never seen or heard of one anywhere else.

Broken light bulbs suck. I have a long scar on the side of my foot from when I was a kid and I walked by a trash bag with a broken light bulb inside and sliced my foot open.
I looked down at the flap of skin and the pool of blood, and went out like a light.

I spent the whole day in casualty a couple of years ago having fallen and cut my forehead.
After all that they sent me away with a bit of glue (yes, glue) on the cut and a tetanus jab.

They were actually quite thorough with me. Had x rays to check for debris in the wounds because it was too deep to see then cleaned and stitched up.

For better or for worse I avoid doctors/hospitals for stuff like this. Ain’t nobody got time for that. I can see the problem, and it’ll either heal or it won’t. Exceptions could include Being shot, stabbed or broken bones or really deep cuts. Anything else can be taken care of with superglue or bandages at home.
Or even the blood itself. A few years ago I went snowshoe hiking with some friends. one of them decided it would be a great plan to push down rotted trees. This proved to be fun the first few times, but the last one was more rotten halfway up than anywhere else... ended up with a 5' chunk of log bouncing off my head. Made a nice red path to the car. (Pretty amazing the adrenalin you get when you see blood—I was pretty well tired out by this point) Just had to not wash my hair very well for a few days, the dried blood and hair made a great bandage. If I’d gone to the hospital what could they have done? Hmm, yes, your head has a hole in it. Have some cloth to put on.
